1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using My UGC Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
My UGC Studio is an AI-powered platform that generates professional user-generated content (UGC) style images for products. The Service includes:
- AI-powered product photography with virtual models
- Custom background and location generation
- Cloud storage and management of generated assets
- Commercial usage rights for all generated content on paid plans
3. Credits and Billing
The Service operates on a credit-based subscription model. Each generation consumes credits based on the asset type (e.g., 1 credit per image, 5 credits per cinematic video).
- Subscription Plans: Monthly allocations of credits are provided based on your chosen plan.
- Credit Usage: Credits are consumed upon triggering an AI generation (1 image = 1 credit; 1 video = 5 credits).
- Expiration: Unused credits from monthly allocations do not roll over to the next billing period unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Transparency: All pricing is presented clearly before purchase through Stripe/RevenueCat.
4. AI Content Policy & Disclaimer
4.1 AI Technology
We utilize advanced AI models. AI-generated results are created algorithmically and may vary in quality, accuracy, and suitability. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
4.2 Prohibited Content
You specifically agree NOT to use the Service to generate:
- Nudity or sexually explicit material
- Content depicting violence, gore, or hate speech
- Reveling clothing, lingerie, or swimwear (due to AI model safety constraints)
- Deceptive deepfakes or misleading representations of real people
- Illegal activities or infringing material
4.3 User Liability
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for all content you generate. You warrants that you have the legal right to all uploaded product images and that your use of generated content complies with all localized laws.
5. Intellectual Property
Your Inputs: You retain all rights to the images you upload.
AI Outputs: You own the generated images and are granted full commercial usage rights, provided you are on a paid subscription plan. Free plan generations may be subject to watermarks and limited usage rights.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for unused credits or partial billing periods once a subscription interval has commenced.
7. Limitation of Liability
My UGC Studio is provided "as is". YAS S.p.z.o.o. disclaims all liability for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to business interruption, loss of data, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
